RETURNS
Unwanted Goods - You have the right to cancel your order within a cooling off period of receiving the goods without giving a reason. This period begins the day after you receive your order and lasts for 7 days. If you wish to exercise this option we will refund the full value of the goods ordered excluding postage & packing plus a £7.50 administration charge within 30 days of cancellation. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund the cost of return postage to us.
Faulty Goods - if you find the goods you ordered to be faulty, you can request a refund in order to establish that there is something wrong with the goods. Where it is established that the goods are faulty, you will be refunded the full value of your order plus postage costs. You have a period of 7 days from receipt of the goods in which to reject the goods for a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Assuming your return is as per these conditions we will issue a refund to you as soon as possible.
