Donald M. Shearer
Donald was born in Kyle of Lochalsh, Scotland in 1925 and studied at Grays School of Art in Aberdeen, winning the R.S.A. Award and a Post Diploma Scholarship.
In 1953 he won the Royal Scottish Academy award and has regularly had his work exhibited at the R.S.A. and the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts.
Donald is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading golf artists with works in major public and private collections.
